Elaine Bowers
With a background in Finance, Elaine's interest in Psychology took root some fifteen years ago studying the subject part time during evening class.
Her interest became a fascination and A level was followed by BSc, MSc and PhD in the subject.
During this period she taught extensively at all levels, from GCSE to Degree level specialising in Behavioural Psychology.
Following requests from Local Authorities and businesses, she has run tailor-made courses on Stress Management, Memory Training and Revision Techniques, has worked alongside the police in producing safety guidelines for young children and introduced schemes of treatment for problem children in care.
Reading and attending conferences are a way of keeping up to date with current psychological development and when time permits Elaine is actively involved in supporting a variety of voluntary organisations.
In March 2000, Elaine gained her second doctorate,in motivation and learning styles

Paul Bowers
With a career spanning twenty-five years in the Manufacturing, Retail and Transport Industries, Paul has acquired a wealth of "hands-on" experience of corporate restructuring, flexible working patterns and dealing with managerial stress.
His expertise includes staff motivation, selection and recruitment, equal opportunities and special needs issues.
A Business Studies graduate with a Diploma in French. he is a full member of both The Institute of Linguists and The Institute of Export.
Paul admits to playing most sports enthusiastically if badly and has a lifelong interest in outdoor pursuits, walking, cycling, orienteering etc.

Andrew Milner
A former Scouter, Andrew has pursued his outdoor interests, and developed his own skills into that of instructor and leader.
Andrew is fully qualified to take groups on a wide range of abseiling, caving, climbing, orienteering and pioneering activities.
He runs a number of "stand alone" activity courses and has led climbing holidays in the Alps, Mountain -bike tours of the Yorkshire Dales, 4 wheel drive off-road activities in Scotland and a range of team- building activities closer to home.
Andrew is a member of the local Mountain Rescue Team and can call upon the support of fellow members if the activities selected require it.
A firm believer in action speaks louder than words, Andrew's enthusiasm usually ensures that even the most reluctant delegate soon finds themselves walking backwards down cliffs and eager to try again.

Pauline Williamson
An enthusiastic sports person and Leeds United Fan ( nobody is perfect,) Pauline is a trained counsellor and has a wide range of expertise in helping people with problems.
However her involvement with COG is that of logistics and catering
Running her own highly successful Greendale Catering Company, Pauline will ensure that all dietary requirements are met and that good wholesome food is available at all times
Pauline will help with all travel arrangements to ensure delegates arriving by train or plane are ferried to and from the weekend's venue without mishap
